    Great analysis as usual. We share many of the same stock picks but I don't view Ebay as an inflation hedge.

    First of all, if you see broad based inflation in things that we need such as health care, food, energy, taxes and deflation in things that we don't need which includes electronics, video games, DVD's and an autographed Justin Bieber t-shirt E-bay might struggle. After all, E-bay does not sell necessities, it sells junk.

    Nonetheless your end analysis is sound as Ebay has a mountain of cash and the PayPal growth.
