					<description>The real reason their profits are falling is because of disgusted customers like myself. I have been a customer for 6 years, but I will not go back again. They have shown me that they do not know tax law, they do not stand behing their work, and that their idea of solving a problem is by ignoring it and hoping it goes away.</description>

					<description>The one thing you haven't talked about (and I underestimated the threat) is the fact that every company in this industry has absolutely no moat.  Company's with AMAZING returns on capital and no barriers to entry are ripe for competition.  The fact that John Hewitt can sell this company, then turn around and start another successful company in the exact same business, proves this point.  

While I agree with you on the earnings power of the company, what makes it particularly tough is that if you slip operationally even a little bit, you are ripe for replacement by a substitute product.</description>
